The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a Kiosk Technician (M/F) in Bordeaux for a 1-month temporary mission.

As part of strengthening the support team, you will intervene in managing user requests and handling first-level IT incidents. You will work in a structured environment, with ticket management tools and defined procedures to ensure the continuity of IT support and service quality for users.

Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Bordeaux city center
Remuneration: 25k€

Reporting to the IT support team, you will collaborate with technical teams and users to ensure the handling of requests, incident tracking, and the proper functioning of IT equipment.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Handle user requests (incidents or requests).
Register and qualify requests in the ITSM tool.
Resolve requests in compliance with procedures and service levels.
Escalate requests by respecting defined processes and alert management in case of a major incident.
Keep the knowledge base related to your scope up to date.
Respect client instructions and SLAs.
Communicate with users regarding the follow-up of their requests.
Manage and maintain IT equipment stocks.
Ensure the hardware lifecycle and perform inventories.
Intervene on various equipment (office automation, videoconferencing rooms, printers).
Install screens on arms.

The profile we're looking for

You have an educational background in IT and can demonstrate experience in a similar position.

Expected skills

Knowledge of ITSM tools (BMC)
Knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
Mastery of office tools (Office 365)
Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, WiFi)
Use of remote access tools / PMAD (SCCM, Viewer, )
Management and support for smartphones

Ability to work autonomously
Sense of customer service and pedagogy towards users
