Job offer : Level 2 Proximity Technician (M/F)

Are you an IT enthusiast looking for a new opportunity? Our Actual agency is looking for an experienced IT Technician (M/F) to join a dynamic 3-month mission.

Your daily tasks

As the primary contact for users, your role will be to qualify, diagnose, and resolve their technical incidents with responsiveness. You will also be in charge of receiving, preparing, and fully deploying IT equipment (PCs, screens, phones, printers). Finally, you will ensure the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure in operational condition.

Expected technical skills

To succeed in these missions, you must master Active Directory, GPO, DHCP environments as well as the imaging console.

Location: Vaucluse department: Apt, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Avignon (intervention on 3 sites)

Profile sought

We are looking for an autonomous and seasoned collaborator, possessing solid experience in user environments and proximity infrastructures. You are recognized for your sense of service and your technical expertise.

Job information

The proposed contract is a 3-month mission based on 35 hours per week.

To excel as an IT Technician (M/F), you must possess solid technical expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as excellent mastery of Windows and network environments.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree in IT, complemented by significant experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position.

Endowed with an excellent sense of customer service, you demonstrate pedagogy, responsiveness, and a great analytical capacity to effectively resolve technical incidents on a daily basis.
