The role

Our IT specialized team is supporting its client, a digital services company, in the recruitment of an IT Proximity Technician (M/F) for a service provision for a duration of 1 month (potentially renewable) in BOUGUENAIS (44).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

As a true technical relay, you will intervene on the following axes

Assistance and Support: Take charge of incidents, requests and calls (level 2, or even level 3) by intervening both in proximity and remotely.

User Administration: Manage accounts via Active Directory as well as delegations and messaging transfers.

Work Environment: Ensure the mastering, configuration (computers, telephony, office tools) and reconditioning of IT equipment.

Networks: Manage network equipment (internet and telephony).

Continuous Improvement: Write and update operating procedures and technical documentation in order to optimize the service operation.

The profile we're looking for

Profile Sought:

Experience and Training

Coming from a higher education in computer science, you justify a significant experience in proximity support.

Technical skills

Mastery of Windows environments (10, 11) and the Office 365 suite
Mastery of the Active Directory environment and messaging (Outlook/Exchange).
Current practice of a ticketing tool (GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.).
Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Soft Skills

You are organized, rigorous and know how to show autonomy. Your keen sense of customer service, your patience and your availability are major assets to effectively meet user needs.

Remuneration: 2250€ gross monthly according to profile
