The role

Actual Talent Metz is recruiting a Level 2 Proximity Technician (M/F) for its client based in Châlons-en-Champagne.

As part of a team rotation, you will work on-site to provide operational technical support. You will be the primary point of contact for users, ensuring effective incident resolution and rigorous monitoring of the IT infrastructure in a demanding environment.

Your main tasks:

Handle the diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of incidents via ticket creation.
Provide high-quality technical support to VIP users.
Carry out standard hardware exchanges and ensure physical maintenance of workstations.
Guarantee the administrative management of the IT infrastructure and precise inventory tracking.
Administer access by creating IT accounts and telephone lines.
Specifically manage accounts for agents attached to educational institutions (High Schools).
Prepare, configure, and remotely administer the fleet of mobile devices (iPad/iPhone).
Ensure the deployment and complete preparation of workstations.

Contract information:

Location: Châlons-en-Champagne
Contract: Temp (Long-term assignment)
Salary: €26K to €28K gross annual depending on profile
Start date: Immediate

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You possess an excellent presentation as well as very good elocution.
You must master the codes of VIP assistance and have a strong sense of customer service.
You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, and your ability to manage demanding environments.
