The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, an IT Helpdesk Technician (M/F) for a 1-month interim mission in Bruz (35).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows

Remote IT support for users
Taking calls
Ticket management
Incident resolution based on procedures
Escalation to the next level if necessary

The profile we're looking for

Experience and Training

With a higher education degree in IT, you have initial experience in IT support (ideally in helpdesk).

Technical skills

Windows 7, 10, 11
Office 365
Use of a ticketing tool

Soft Skills

Interpersonal skills
Pedagogy
Rigor in following procedures

Working hours: 35h/week - from Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pmTravel: noRemuneration: €13.19 gross per hourBenefits: restaurant vouchers, time savings account
