Our IT specialized team is looking for its client (an IT service company), a Helpdesk Technician (M/F) for a 1-month renewable temporary contract in Toulouse.

Missions

Answering user calls
Managing user requests by email
Remote resolution of Level 1-2 incidents
Ticket management

The profile we're looking for

You hold a 2-year degree in IT.

You are proficient in Windows 10 and the Office 365 environment.

Autonomous and rigorous, you demonstrate good analytical skills to identify and resolve incidents effectively.
