The role

The tasks entrusted concern the user environment (PC, screens, printers, etc.) in a Microsoft technical environment (W7-10-11, MS office 19-21-24). Interventions are mostly carried out on the Bron site (Neurological, cardiological and HFME hospital) with travel (carried out with an HCL vehicle) to satellite sites (Saint-Priest)

The profile we're looking for

To fill the position of IT Technician (M/F), we are looking for a person with an excellent sense of customer service and a great analytical capacity to resolve technical incidents efficiently.

The ideal candidate ideally has a 2-year IT degree and has significant experience in IT fleet management, software deployment and hardware maintenance.

Proficiency in Windows and network environments is essential. You demonstrate real interpersonal skills, great autonomy and an ability to work in a team to ensure the fluidity of our clients' systems.

Your technical curiosity and your ability to quickly learn new technologies will be major assets for succeeding in this mission.
