The role
Under the responsibility of the Warehouse Team Leader, you ensure the availability of components and parts needed for the workshops based on work orders (BT). You play a key role in stock management and product traceability. Your daily responsibilities:
- Read work orders and specific instructions per workshop.
- Edit bills of materials (BSN), locations, and labels via scan or computer (Legacy system).
- Physically pick parts, scrupulously checking article codes and quantities.
- Prepare batches for transfer to workshops by forklift operators.
- Receive and verify parts sent by forklift operators.
- Record stock entries in the computer and proceed with physical storage.
- 2x8 shift work
- Outside modulation: 5:40 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 8:35 PM
- During modulation: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
The profile we're looking for
Experience with scanning tools or stock management software (ERP) is a plus. Certifications: You must possess CACES 3 and 5. Soft skills: Rigor, professionalism, and team spirit are essential. You know how to communicate clearly with your colleagues (forklift operators, shipping agents).
