Job offer : Operations Assistant (M/F)

ACTUAL TERTIAIRE is looking for an Operations Assistant in St Jacques de la Lande.

• Location: Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande (35)
• Contract type: Long-term mission
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Hours: Monday to Thursday (08:30-12:00 / 13:30-17:30), Friday until 17:00
• Remuneration: According to profile

Your missions:

Administrative and operational contract monitoring

• Ensure administrative follow-up and compliance with contractual clauses (visits, specific pricing).
• Draft regularization, corrective, and improvement quotes.
• Monitor invoicing and collect maintenance reports.

Activity planning and management

• Plan maintenance activity, repairs, and work according to their nature and urgency level.
• Assess personnel and equipment needs, then organize the provision of resources by sector and skills.
• Validate requests for technical intervention support (assignment of MRSS notices).
• Monitor the smooth running of visits, unforeseen repairs, and ensure compliance with intervention deadlines.

Customer follow-up

• Draft periodic maintenance reports.
• Maintain fluid contact with customers and follow their developments (projects, organization, contacts).

Experience: 1 year minimum in a similar position (technical planning, administrative maintenance management). Technical skills: Proficiency in office tools and technical management software. Driving license B required.
