Job offer : Stitching Line Operator (M/F)

Are you passionate about the industrial world and want to contribute to the manufacturing of quality products? Our client, an expert in the creation of diaries and notebooks, is looking for its future Lead Stitching Machine Operator (M/F) to strengthen its workshop in Carquefou.

Your main missions

Working independently after a dedicated training period, you will take charge of our robotic industrial sewing machines. You will ensure the preparation and operation of the line, perform precision adjustments (thread tension, programming), check product compliance, and carry out packaging. You will also be responsible for first-level maintenance, the cleanliness of your installation, and entering production data into the Quartis software.

A key role for the team

Beyond the technical aspect, you will play a reference role. You will support the skill development of new arrivals, write handover instructions, and actively participate in continuous improvement projects regarding quality and safety.

The ideal profile

You have a technical background (CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro in processing) and a taste for work well done. Meticulous, you enjoy mechanical adjustments and know how to maintain sustained concentration. Your team spirit and desire to learn will be your best assets to succeed and grow within our workshops.

To excel as a Line Operator (M/F), we are looking for a candidate with solid rigor and a strong organizational capacity. Previous experience in operating industrial machines is highly appreciated to ensure the fluidity of your production.

The ideal candidate masters the hygiene, safety, and quality rules (HACCP) inherent to the industrial sector. Your ability to perform technical adjustments and carry out first-level maintenance will be a decisive asset to optimize production rates.

We value profiles with a diploma at the CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro level in maintenance or system piloting. Your team spirit, your responsiveness to unforeseen events, and your sense of observation are the essential human qualities to succeed within our workshops.
