Job offer : Cutting/slaughterhouse agent (M/F)

We are looking for cutting agents and slaughterhouse agents in the food industry, are you interested in this position?Your Missions:

• Carry out cutting, trimming, and preparation of meat/poultry.
• Transform poultry carcasses into different pieces: legs, fillets, wings according to customer orders.
• Strictly respect hygiene and sanitary safety rules.
• Use of a knife for cutting, sorting pieces, and supplying the line for packaging.
• Keep your workstation clean and tidy.

Working Conditions & Hours:

• Working hours: Approximately 60h / week (significant overtime paid at a higher rate).
• Days worked: From Monday to Saturday inclusive, during the day: between 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM including a 1-hour break.
• Environment: Work in a cold / dry environment (4°C).
• Location: Simard.
• Mission date: from 16/11 or 23/11 to 23/12.

Your Profile:

• You are dynamic, punctual, and enjoy teamwork.
• Previous experience in butchery, food cutting, or cold environments is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome!
• You are respectful of production rates and sanitary instructions.
• You are capable of standing for long periods.
