The role

At the heart of our operational activity, you will occupy a key position by ensuring the link between our clients, our technical teams, and our accounting department. Your main missions will be:

Planning Component

Receive and qualify intervention requests (phone, e-mail).
Plan and optimize technician schedules taking into account geographical constraints, skills, and the degree of urgency.
Monitor interventions and communicate schedules to the teams.

Billing Component

Collect, verify, and enter the elements necessary for billing after intervention (reports, work orders).
Prepare and issue customer invoices according to defined contractual conditions.
Monitor customer receivables and follow up on payments in case of delay.
Process and record payments in the management software.
Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to resolve any disputes or billing adjustments.

The profile we're looking for

You have a first successful experience in administrative management, planning, or billing.

Proficiency in standard computer tools (especially Excel) and the use of management software (ERP) is essential.

You are rigorous and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure data reliability and good organization of schedules.

Your good interpersonal skills allow you to communicate easily with technical teams and clients.

You are responsive, autonomous, and know how to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
