Job offer : Supply Planner (M/F)

ACTUAL is recruiting an Inventory Planner (M/F) for its client. This is an office-based position. Your duties will include:

• Analyzing order proposals and processing purchase suggestions taking into account needs, stock levels, and supply parameters
• Placing purchase orders with various suppliers and monitoring order acknowledgments
• Ensuring supply compliance with negotiated terms and monitoring delivery deadlines
• Managing supplier stock-outs
• Handling expiration tracking and supplier return requests
• Analyzing inter-site flows and proposing actions to optimize stock distribution and limit unnecessary flows
• Analyzing stock levels, turnover, coverage, and consumption history to adjust supply parameters
• Monitoring and analyzing supply performance indicators
• Producing analyses and reports to clarify decisions and measure actions taken
• Providing services for suppliers and monitoring invoicing
• Coordinating with the Supply Manager at headquarters to ensure alignment with the overall purchasing/supply strategy
• Participating in the continuous improvement of supply processes

You have initial experience in purchasing or supply. You must master the Excel software (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, etc.). English and knowledge of Power Query are a real asset. Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI) from Monday to Friday, 35.75 hours (5 RTT days). The position starts at 8:30 AM, the rest of the day can be organized.
