The role
For a Lyon-based IT services company, join the Desktop Support team as an L1/L2 Support Technician.
Your missions
- Assist users and maintain the hardware fleet operational.
- Receive, qualify, and resolve L1/L2 incidents (ticketing, remote control).
- Escalate complex tickets and train users on office and application tools.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
Diploma: BAC pro IT, DUT/BTS SIO or IT maintenance.
Soft skills: Ability to switch priorities quickly, management of a high volume of calls, good stress management, and ease of adaptation to users.
