Job offer : Level 3 Proximity Technician (M/F)

Are you passionate about new technologies and want to join a dynamic team? Actual is looking for one of its clients for a Roaming Support and Proximity Technician (M/F) in Miramas.

Your main mission will be to provide your technical expertise on a daily basis. You will intervene on level 3 user support, where you will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and telephone incidents while assisting employees in the use of their tools.

At the heart of the activity, you will ensure operational fluidity: ticket management via the ITSM tool in compliance with SLAs, installation and configuration of workstations, as well as network patching operations and equipment deployment.

You will also be responsible for IT asset management: inventory, workstation preparation, hardware renewal, and rigorous updating of the management database.

Practical information about the position

This is a full-time contract of 35 hours per week. If you are autonomous, rigorous, and have an excellent sense of service, join our teams to take on this IT challenge with us.

To occupy the position of IT Technician (M/F), you must possess solid technical expertise and an excellent sense of customer service.

The ideal profile has a Bac+2 level education in IT and 3-5 years of experience in a similar function, allowing you to be quickly operational in resolving incidents.

Mastery of Windows environments, networks, and ticketing tools is essential to ensure the fluidity of our services. We are looking for a candidate with a great analytical mind, a real ability to work in a team, and exemplary proactivity in the face of our clients' technological challenges.
