Job offer : Technical support technician fluent in English (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a Level 1 Support Technician with fluent English (M/F) for a temporary mission of several months in Paris

start date as soon as possible salary base 28/30k€ benefits: restaurant card + 50% of public transport reimbursed

Missions

Workstation reinstallation (re-imaging) PC enrollment in Intune Handle incidents and intervention requests escalated by the Service Desk with appointment scheduling. Perform, upon request from the Service Desk, remote support for workstations, peripherals, and mobile communication devices for professional use (smartphones, tablets, etc.). Install and uninstall additional software on workstations and mobile communication devices for personal use (smartphones, tablets, etc.): software upgrades, specific software, etc., while respecting established allocation standards. Participate in the application of the security policy by monitoring antivirus updates. Escalate requests or incidents to identified resolution groups if necessary. Provide a root cause analysis when closing the request/incident. Implement necessary actions to improve processing processes, particularly the transfer of resolution/processing to the Help Desk. Participate in the implementation of compliance and workstation environment evolution projects in collaboration. Report information on serious and major incidents

Technical environment: W11, Office 365 suite,

Baccalaureate to 2-year degree in IT. You have at least 3 years of experience in support. You are proficient in spoken English in order to provide office automation assistance to English-speaking users.
