To excel as a Fish Department Manager, you possess solid expertise in managing seafood products and master the rules of food hygiene and safety (HACCP).

The candidate ideally justifies at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in mass retail, thus demonstrating their ability to drive the economic performance of their department.

Endowed with an excellent sense of commerce and customer relations, you know how to stage your products to enhance the offer and build loyalty among a demanding clientele.

Mastery of stock and order management as well as a natural ability to lead and unite a team are essential assets to succeed in this mission.

A CAP or Bac Pro level training in fishmongery is highly appreciated to guarantee the technical skills necessary for handling and preparing fresh products.
