As part of this mission, you will be the true driving force of your department. Your responsibilities will include: **Management and leadership:** You will lead a team of 3 people and energize the commercial strategy to boost department performance. **Customer experience:** You will guarantee impeccable service quality while ensuring personalized advice and support for your customers. **Operational management:** You will be in charge of setting up the department and will ensure the perfect maintenance of the sales area as well as the equipment, in absolute compliance with hygiene and safety standards. **Job conditions:** We offer a full-time contract (35 hours/week) with an attractive salary, defined according to your profile and experience. If you are recognized for your management skills, your rigor, and your taste for local commerce, do not hesitate any longer and join us to take on this exciting challenge! ## **The profile we're looking for** To excel as a **Fish Department Manager**, you possess solid expertise in managing seafood products and master the rules of **food hygiene and safety (HACCP)**. The candidate ideally justifies **at least 2 years** of experience in a similar position in mass retail, thus demonstrating their ability to drive the economic performance of their department. Endowed with an excellent **sense of commerce and customer relations**, you know how to stage your products to enhance the offer and build loyalty among a demanding clientele. Mastery of **stock and order management** as well as a natural ability to **lead and unite a team** are essential assets to succeed in this mission.
