The role

ACTUAL Banque et Assurance, is recruiting for one of its clients, a major player in the Banking sector, a Sales Assistant (M/F). The position is to be filled for a 3-month temporary assignment, possibly renewable. The assignment will take place in the Lyon 03 (69) area. Within the customer service department, your missions will be:

Handle routine customer requests in coordination with the sales teams.
Ensure the updating of customer banking powers.
Take charge of accounting audit requests related to Corporate clients.
Contribute to the processing of account management operations.
Ensure the quality and reliability of the information and operations processed.

Additional information:

35h/week (Monday - Friday).
Remuneration: 12.31 €/h / 13th month

The profile we're looking for

You are: A high school graduate with 6 months of banking sales experience or a 2-3 year higher education degree, with at least 3 months of banking sales experience // internship and work-study included
