The role

The Actual Grenoble Gambetta agency is looking for a motivated and versatile Event Manager

Facilitator (M/F) for one of its clients in Grenoble.

Your main missions

Ensure the smooth running of the customer experience in the spaces

configuring rooms and setting up equipment;
welcoming and accompanying clients throughout their event: familiarization with the spaces, assistance with equipment, and responding to their practical needs;
setting up meals, monitoring catering times, clearing up, and tidying up, in partnership with the head chef;
managing unforeseen events and maintaining welcoming and functional spaces.

Also prepare, coordinate, and facilitate their Team Building

preparation, installation, storage, and monitoring of equipment;
briefing and operational coordination of facilitators on the day of the event;
facilitating games, briefing teams, and speaking on the microphone;
debriefing with participants, the client, and the facilitation team;
liaising with the sales team to anticipate the needs of each service.

Remuneration: 12.31 €/h
Driving license B

The profile we're looking for

You are very autonomous, organized, and capable of making decisions quickly. You enjoy welcoming, interacting with clients, and working in a team.

You are very comfortable speaking in public, including in front of a group as well as on the microphone, and you know how to keep your cool when the program changes or an unforeseen event occurs.

Experience in events, animation, group reception, hospitality-catering, or venue management is a real plus.
