Missions

Within the agency, you will support a demanding clientele in the realization of their travel projects.

Your main responsibilities

Welcome, advise and retain clients. Identify needs and propose adapted solutions. Build and sell tailor-made trips. Establish quotes, make reservations and ensure file follow-up. Manage administrative formalities related to travel. Ensure the processing of requests before, during and after departure. Anticipate and manage complex situations: cancellations, flight modifications, travel incidents, urgent requests. Negotiate and exchange with tour operators, airlines and service providers. Participate in achieving the agency's commercial objectives. Contribute to service quality and customer satisfaction.

You are a passionate, autonomous and customer satisfaction-oriented tourism professional.

Expected skills:

Solid experience in a travel agency (at least 6 years). Excellent sense of advice and customer relations. Strong commercial aptitude. Rigor, organization and attention to detail. Reactivity in the face of the unexpected. Ability to work in a team. Excellent management of priorities. Curiosity and a permanent desire to learn.

Tools and software:

Mastery of Amadeus essential. Good knowledge of the MB3M software appreciated. Good command of office tools.

Languages

Professional English required (exchanges with suppliers and partners).
