Your role

Your main missions

Support and creation: You welcome our travelers, analyze their expectations with precision, and design personalized itineraries that reflect them.

Expert advice: Thanks to your deep knowledge of destinations and tourism offers (stays, circuits, bespoke), you guide your clients toward the most relevant choices.

Technical management and safety: You take charge of the assembly, booking, and complete follow-up of files, from conception to the return from the trip, ensuring total peace of mind for your clients.

Commercial dynamics: You actively participate in the life of the agency and contribute directly to our performance objectives and the impeccable quality of our services.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Sectoral culture & destination: Solid general knowledge of travel, fine field knowledge of destinations, and ability to leverage one's experience to advise and inspire clients.

Technical skills & tools: Operational mastery of the Global Distribution System (AMADEUS G. D. S), with confirmed practice (booking, pricing, issuance, modifications, and ticketing after-sales service).

Customer relations & advice: Excellent active listening quality, empathetic posture, and ability to precisely qualify needs to design bespoke offers and build customer loyalty.

Operational management & autonomy: Rigor, keen sense of organization, priority management, and responsibility in end-to-end file tracking.

Education & background: Holder of a Bac+2/3 level diploma in Tourism (BTS Tourism, Bachelor's degree, etc.), ideally with successful initial experience within a travel agency or with a tour operator.
