Job offer : Restaurant Maître d'hôtel (M/F)

Your ACTUAL Bourges agency is looking for its client for an experienced Maître d'hôtel (M/F) for a temporary assignment in a corporate restaurant in Bourges.

You will join a prestigious management club in a confidential and elegant setting.

Working hours: from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Please note, at the start, the position will not be full-time (a few days a week).

Your main missions:

• Ensure a personalized, refined and discreet welcome for members and their guests,
• Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with a VIP clientele,
• Anticipate expectations and respond to specific requests with professionalism,
• Manage complaints and sensitive situations with diplomacy and efficiency,
• Orchestrate service in the dining room during breakfasts, business lunches and private events,
• Guarantee an impeccable setup of lounges and reception areas,
• Supervise the elegance of table art (setting, glassware, linen, decoration),
• Guarantee strict compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.

For this position, several points will be essential. You must:

• have an impeccable presentation,
• master plate service,
• know how to respect confidentiality,
• know how to work in a team and communicate.

Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position is required.
