The role

LEADER is looking for one of its clients based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe (72300), a passionate collective catering cook (M/F).

You will be in charge of preparing dishes and desserts, while ensuring exceptional quality. Your mission also includes reheating and creating quality relationships with our guests.

You are a key player in complying with hygiene and safety rules (HACCP) and ensure the cleanliness of your workspace.

This position is full-time: from Monday to Friday, with one Saturday out of two and one Sunday out of three worked.

The profile we're looking for

For the position of Collective catering cook (M/F), we are looking for a candidate with a CAP level of study in cooking.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate essential cooking skills, with an ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Particular attention to hygiene and safety standards is essential.

The ability to collaborate with a team and contribute to a positive work environment is paramount.
