The role

- Hours: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

- Welcoming and guiding guests
- Seating participants
- Representing the event with professionalism and friendliness
- Position 2 Reception, facilitation, and gift distribution
- 1 reception host (M/F)
- Hours: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Missions
- Welcoming and guiding guests
- Handing out gifts on stage during the ceremony
- Facilitating the Midi Olympique stand and participating in the game offered to guests
The profile we're looking for
- Punctuality and reliability
- Courtesy and excellent presentation
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Responsiveness, dynamism, and team spirit
- Strong communication skills and sense of initiative
Experience in event hosting is appreciated, especially for the position with animation.
