Job offer : Payroll Manager (M/F)

Your ACTUAL EXPERTS agency in Le Havre is recruiting for one of its clients, as part of a maternity leave replacement, 1 Payroll Administrator (M/F) for an 8-month interim mission.

Reporting to the General Management France and in collaboration with the Europe Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in the administrative and social management of our scope.

Your main missions

You will be in charge of collecting, checking, and transmitting variable payroll elements to our external provider. You will verify payslips for approximately 115 employees. You will be the primary contact for social organizations (URSSAF, retirement, provident, mutual insurance) and will answer daily questions from employees and managers. Finally, you will actively participate in the administrative management of the vehicle fleet and ensure strict compliance with social legislation as well as the collective agreement IDCC 1404.

This position, to be filled from January 4, 2027, is an ideal opportunity for a rigorous, organized person with good interpersonal skills. The contract is for 39 hours and 40 minutes per week.

Profile sought

• Degree in HR management with a specialization in remuneration/payroll
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Mastery of professional English MANDATORY
• Knowledge of payroll processes and labor regulations
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
