The role
Actual Tertiaire is looking for an OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (M/F) for one of its clients,
You will be in charge of the following tasks
- In-person and telephone reception
- Payment monitoring
- Entry and monitoring of technician interventions
- Telephone switchboard management
- Customer relations
- Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour break)
- 1 Saturday worked per month
- Position to be filled quickly,
The profile we're looking for
You hold a DUT in Transport and Logistics or equivalent, and you have at least 1 year of successful experience in a similar position in planning and routing,
Skills in administrative management and an aptitude for teamwork are also required to succeed in this role.
