The role
ACTUAL Toulouse Tertiaire et Restauration, a major player in the temp sector, is looking for a dynamic intern for an 8-week mission.
You will join a motivated and committed team and actively participate in the development of our recruitment and administrative management activities.
Missions
- Warm welcome for candidates and clients, ensuring a professional and pleasant atmosphere.
- Creation and meticulous follow-up of candidates' administrative files.
- Processing applications: sourcing, pre-selection of candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Efficient filing of contracts and administrative documents, ensuring optimal organization.
- Archiving files with rigor and methodology.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
- Student in human resources, management, or any similar field.
- Good organizational skills and administrative rigor.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and dynamism.
- Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Internship duration: 8 weeks.
Location: Toulouse 31000
Hours: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM.
Conventioned internship. (unpaid)
