Job offer : Construction Manager / Estimator (M/F)

Recognized for its know-how and local roots, Actual is recruiting for one of its clients specializing in carpentry and roofing a Construction Manager/Estimator (M/F)

Your main missions

• Responding to calls for tenders: active monitoring of public procurement platforms, selection of files with management, preparation and submission of administrative and technical files.
• Price studies and preparation: supplier consultation, costing, preparation of quotes, establishment of the pre-cost estimate for each operation.
• Design office / technical: roofing reservations, creation and validation of detail and execution plans.
• Management and supervision of works: planning of human and material resources, supply management, management of field teams.
• Site monitoring & relationship management: participation in site meetings, acting as the primary contact for project owners, architects, and clients.
• Logistics: reception, inspection, unloading, and storage of materials on-site or at the workshop.

Remuneration: Between 35 and 45 K (depending on profile)

• You hold a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Studies and Economics, or Construction Management.
• You have successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of roofing, building envelope, or carpentry.
• You must have a command of procedures and requirements related to public procurement.
• Organized, rigorous, and a good communicator, you combine financial vision, technical sense, and field presence.
