As part of this 90-day mission starting as soon as possible, you will supervise a team of 2 people. Your role is essential to ensure the smooth running of construction sites and the cohesion of your duo.

To succeed in this role, you must imperatively possess your construction machinery CACES as well as your AIPR certification. Your technical expertise and your ability to manage will be your best assets.

As a Public Works Team Leader, you are the driving force of our construction sites. We are looking for a professional with solid experience of several years in the public works sector, capable of leading their employees by example.

Technical mastery of construction sites, reading plans, and a deep knowledge of safety rules are essential to ensure the success of your missions. Your ability to organize work and unite your team around common goals is a key skill that we particularly value.

Ideally, you hold a CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro diploma in Public Works. Your sense of the field, your responsiveness, and your excellent interpersonal skills will be your best assets to ensure the smooth running of operations and the satisfaction of our clients.
