Job offer : Chef de cuisine (M/F)

ACTUAL Gaillac is looking for a Chef de cuisine (m/f) in Le Séquestre for one of its clients.

Your daily missions:

• organize and manage the entire production process for dishes, food, or meals.
• lead the kitchen team.
• ensure supply (stock management).
• coordinate activities, presentation, and distribution to ensure smooth service.
• ensure compliance with hygiene standards to guarantee the food safety of guests.

Position conditions:

This is a contract for at least 6 months, to be filled as soon as possible. You will work on a 35-hour per week basis.

Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:00 PM + 2 afternoons/week: 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM (rest on Sunday + 1 day during the week).

Hourly rate: 17 euros + meal allowance (to be defined).

Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI)

To fill the position of Chef de cuisine (m/f), we are looking for a passionate professional with at least 3 years of confirmed experience in brigade management.

The candidate must demonstrate great operational rigor as well as perfect knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). We expect a profile with excellent leadership, capable of uniting a team and maintaining a dynamic and positive work environment. Holding a CAP or BEP Cuisine diploma, ideally supplemented by a Bac Pro or a BTS in hospitality-catering.
