Job offer : Team Leader (M/F)

LEADER is recruiting TEAM LEADERS (M/F) for a company specializing in the agri-food industry based in Loué (72).

Your main missions are

• to plan, organize, regulate, and control the activity of your production line(s) according to the material and human resources at your disposal.
• to respect and ensure compliance with production criteria (productivity, yields, hygiene, quality, safety, environment rules, and 1st level maintenance).
• to implement actions resulting from the progress plan validated by your management.

As a team leader, you must

• transmit information upwards and downwards.
• organize the reception and training for the position.
• regulate the team's operation to optimize working conditions and the social climate.

Work environment

You will work in shift hours (morning/afternoon) in cold (3/4°C) or hot conditions, depending on the department.

Working time: 35 hours/week
