## **The role**

**LEADER** is recruiting **TEAM LEADERS (M/F)** for a company specializing in the agri-food industry based in Loué (72).

### Your main missions are

- to plan, organize, regulate, and control the activity of your production line(s) according to the material and human resources at your disposal.
- to respect and ensure compliance with production criteria (productivity, yields, hygiene, quality, safety, environment rules, and 1st level maintenance).
- to implement actions resulting from the progress plan validated by your management.

### As a team leader, you must

- transmit information upwards and downwards.
- organize the reception and training for the position.
- regulate the team's operation to optimize working conditions and the social climate.

### Work environment

You will work in shift hours (morning/afternoon) in cold (3/4°C) or hot conditions, depending on the department.

**Working time:** 35 hours/week

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking for a candidate for the position of **Team Leader (m/f)**. The ideal profile must possess varied skills:

- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
- Essential skill to organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

A candidate with these skills and relevant experience will be ideal for this strategic role.
