Job offer : Multitechnical Design Coordinator (M/F)

Our client is a leading player specializing in the engineering and deployment of major environmental, industrial, and sustainable energy transition infrastructure projects.

As part of a major large-scale project, we are recruiting a Senior Multi-technical Design Coordinator (M/F) to manage external execution studies and supervise technical coordination in the digital model.

Missions & Responsibilities

Reporting to the project design department, you will be responsible for the technical quality, synthesis, and integration of the multi-technical execution studies entrusted to partners and subcontractors.

1. Subcontractor deliverable control & Technical coordination

• Collect, analyze, and check execution deliverables from all design subcontractors:
• High Voltage (HV): terminal layout plans, lighting, power outlets, emergency lighting.
• Fire Safety Systems (FSS): fire detection, fire safety management systems, smoke extraction, automatic extinguishing.
• Low Voltage (LV): access control, VDI. HVAC / Climate engineering: HVAC network and terminal plans.
• HV/LV transformer substations: modeling and integration.
• Transmit validated data to the BIM cell for integration into the digital model.
• Actively participate in the All-Trades (TCE) technical synthesis.
• Manage technical interfaces, particularly support systems (CFO-CFA / HVAC cable trays).
• Ensure equipment accessibility to facilitate future operation and maintenance operations.

2. Team management & Design process steering

• Supervise, lead, and develop the skills of a team of 3 BIM modelers.
• Act as a local technical point of contact for your team.
• Set up and lead design review milestones.
• Ensure strict application of document verification and validation procedures.
• Ensure proper distribution of produced documents and rigorous tracking of technical visa processing.
• Participate in design meetings and propose solutions to resolve interface and execution issues.

Profile sought Education & Experience

• Holder of a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in electrotechnics or electrical engineering.
• You have at least 15 years of experience in similar roles in industrial multi-technical execution studies.
• Confirmed experience on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in management or technical team supervision.

Technical skills & Tools

• Solid multi-technical mastery: HV/LV distribution, Generators (GE), FSS, HVAC, Access control, and VDI.
• Mastery of regulatory standards: NF C 15-100 and NF C 13-200.
• Fluent practice of digital tools: BIM model viewer.
• Advanced mastery of Excel (use of formulas for lists, gap comparisons, and checks).

Personal qualities: Excellent transversal vision and keen sense of technical interface coordination. Rigor, analytical method, and sense of responsibility. Interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership to unite internal stakeholders and external service providers.
