The role

At the heart of a world dedicated to the pleasure of giving and gastronomy, you will actively participate in the boutique's activity:

Welcome & advice: listen to customer expectations, introduce product ranges, and advise with enthusiasm on pairings and gift ideas.
Gift wrapping and hamper creation: compose and pack products with care and creativity.
Point of sale presentation: ensure regular restocking of shelves, facing, and maintain the impeccable appearance of the boutique.
Checkout: manage cash register operations with rigor, fluidity, and a smile.

Availability essential throughout the holiday period (November and December), including Saturdays and some Sundays

The profile we're looking for

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a marked sensitivity for gastronomy and local products. Previous experience in sales (food retail, chocolate shop, retail, or distribution) is appreciated, but your dynamism, versatility, and taste for contact will make the difference. You know how to remain calm, efficient, and smiling in the face of high customer traffic.
