- Your mission
We are looking for a Self-Service Employee (M/F) to work in a retail store, mainly in the fresh produce, dairy, and delicatessen departments.
Within a dynamic team, you contribute to the proper maintenance of the shelves and customer satisfaction.
Your main missions
Ensure the stocking of fresh products, dairy products, cheeses, and delicatessen items.
Replenish products throughout the day.
Check expiration dates (DLC) and ensure product rotation.
Ensure compliance with the cold chain and food hygiene and safety rules.
Guarantee the cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of the shelves.
Check labeling and price displays.
Participate in stock management and the removal of non-compliant products.
Welcome and inform customers if necessary.
Profile sought
You are dynamic, rigorous, and organized.
You enjoy teamwork and customer contact.
Previous experience in retail, ideally in fresh produce, dairy, or delicatessen departments, is appreciated.
You know food hygiene rules or are ready to apply them seriously.

Remuneration according to the profile and the client's salary scale.
10% end-of-mission bonus (IFM), in principle, subject to legal conditions.

The profile we're looking for
To fill the position of Self-Service Employee (M/F), we are looking for a dynamic person with significant experience of 2 years in the retail sector.
The ideal candidate must hold a vocational diploma (BEP/CAP) or equivalent, ensuring a good understanding of the challenges related to shelf management.
We expect a person with a strong sense of customer service, capable of ensuring with rigor and autonomy the stocking of shelves, product labeling, and the impeccable maintenance of their sales area.
