The role

Your missions

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, you will independently manage an HVAC and multi-technical maintenance contract for a pharmaceutical industrial site.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of 13 technicians, your responsibilities are structured around 4 axes

Operational management & Management: lead and coordinate the dedicated on-site team, plan preventive/curative interventions, and manage partner subcontractors.
Customer relations & Development: be the primary contact for the client on-site, identify their needs, propose technical optimization solutions, and price the resulting work (quotes, amendments).
Financial & Contractual management: ensure budget monitoring of your contract, guarantee its profitability (margin, invoicing), and perform regular financial reporting to your management.
Safety & Quality (QHSE): strictly enforce safety instructions and ensure compliance with standards and protocols specific to clean rooms and pharmaceutical environments.

The profile we're looking for

This might be you!

Strong of a Bac+5 education (Engineering school or University Master specialized in Climate Engineering, Energy, or Industrial Maintenance).
Experience: 4 years minimum in managing HVAC / multi-technical maintenance contracts, ideally acquired on sites with high technical constraints (pharmacy, chemistry, clean rooms, health).

Skills

Mastery of HVAC installations (aeraulics, hydraulics, air treatment, regulation).
Mastery of financial business management (costing, profitability, P&L monitoring).
Managerial leadership and interpersonal skills with demanding clients.
Rigor, sense of organization, and responsiveness.
