Job offer : Technical Sales Representative (M/F)
The role
Reporting directly to the Agency Manager and as part of a sales team, you will:
- Represent the company in the field.
- Build loyalty among a client base of service sector companies (micro-enterprises, SMEs).
- Develop your portfolio through targeted prospecting actions.
- Negotiate rates.
- Conduct technical audits (extensive internal training) to propose tailor-made solutions.
- Create a privileged relationship with technical teams to best satisfy your clients.
The profile we're looking for
You have a successful initial commercial experience in B2B sales, ideally within the wood industry or tourism (hotels, restaurants).
You are commercially autonomous and well-organized, as the position is quite far from the agency and you do not need to go there every day.
Knowledge of the fire safety sector is not a prerequisite (extensive internal product training).
You have a strong customer orientation and are rigorous in advising your clients on safety matters.
You are comfortable with numbers.
You have a team spirit and want to commit long-term to a company with strong human values.
Remuneration / Benefits: Fixed salary + guaranteed variable during integration, vehicle (driving license B required), 4.5-day week, teleworking.
Evolution prospects: Account Manager, Agency Manager, other functions within the group.
