IT Helpdesk Technicians (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, 6 IT Helpdesk Technicians (M/F) for a 4-month temporary assignment in St Herblain (44).

Start date: 12/10/2026

Your main missions will be as follows

Handling calls
Processing user IT requests
Following procedures
Remote access
Managing and processing tickets
Escalation to the next level if necessary

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

With an IT background, you have initial experience in remote user support (helpdesk).

Technical skills

Windows
Workstations
Office software
Knowledge of using a ticketing tool

Soft Skills

Interpersonal skills
Pedagogy with users
Rigour in following procedures
Responsiveness

Working hours: 35h/week

Monday to Saturday (from 7 am to 7 pm)

Travel: no

Remuneration: 12.61 € gross per hour
