Helpdesk Technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company), a Helpdesk Technician (M/F) for a 1-month temporary contract, in Toulouse at a client site.

Start date : As soon as possible
Duration : 1 month
Remuneration : 24k€
Location : Toulouse
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Hours : Rotation between 06:00 and 22:00

The main missions will be

Receive and analyze user support requests (by phone, email, or ticket).
Diagnose hardware and software failures.
Resolve incidents or escalate complex problems to specialized teams.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
Ensure the update of technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Participate in user training on IT tools.

The profile we're looking for

IT training with at least a 2-year degree (Bac+2)
Solid knowledge of operating systems, networks, and common software.
Sense of service, patience, and good communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
Autonomy and rigor in file management.
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
