Job offer : Support Technician L1 (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company), a Level 2 Support Technician (M/F) for a 1-month renewable interim contract in Tarnos at a client site.

• Intermediate English (Oral and written)

You will be in charge of the following missions

• Mastering of workstations.
• Deployment of workstations and smartphones.
• Monitoring of incident processing and requests on ITSM tools.
• User support.
• Management of incidents and requests via a ticketing tool.
• Maintenance and configuration of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Account administration via Active Directory.
• Support on Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
• Assistance on standard office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

You recognize yourself if

• You have a good command of Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 tools
• You are comfortable with on-site interventions on workstations, printers, and office tools
• You know how to diagnose and resolve level 1 and 2 incidents, locally or remotely
• You have skills in networks and local infrastructure
• You are familiar with Active Directory (account creation, rights management, etc.)
• You have already used a ticketing tool (type GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.)
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a good analytical mind, and you like working in a team
• Intermediate English (Oral and written)

Training & experience

• 2-year degree in IT or equivalent
• Experience desired in a similar position in local support
• Sense of service, autonomy, and responsiveness are your best assets
