Support Technician Level 2 (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company), a Level 2 Support Technician (M/F) for a 1-month temporary contract, in Villemur sur Tarn at a client site.

Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 1 month
Remuneration: 25/26k€
Location: Villemur sur Tarn
Technical English (written and spoken)

You will be in charge of the following missions

Install and configure user environment equipment based on existing procedures.
Perform operations related to administration tools by following established procedures.
Carry out deployments in compliance with the established schedule.
Fill out intervention tracking logs.

Windows 10 / 11 iOS

The profile we're looking for

Minimum Bac+2 diploma in IT (or similar field).
First experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
Technical English (spoken and written).
Experience in an industrial environment.
