Level 1 Support Technician & Kiosk (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client a Level 1 Support & Kiosk Technician (M/F) for a 2-month service mission on a CDD contract, renewable.

Start date: as soon as possible

In this role, you will perform the following missions:

Support & Service Desk (ITSM): Reception, diagnosis, registration, and resolution of L1 incidents/requests in compliance with service level agreements (SLA).

Proximity Interventions: Multi-system field support (Office automation, meeting rooms/videoconferencing, copiers) and management of physical deployments (workstation ergonomics).

Fleet Management: Rigorous monitoring of the IT equipment lifecycle, stock management, and inventory execution.

Processes & Escalation: Key player in the alert chain (major incident detection) and capitalization (knowledge base).

The Profile: A versatile, autonomous, and rigorous IT Technician (M/F), endowed with a strong culture of customer satisfaction.

Skills:

ITSM: Practice of a market-leading tool (BMC).

Workplace: Mastery of the modern work environment (Windows, Mac, Office 365, Mobile terminals).

Support & Network: Remote access (SCCM) and network notions (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).

Soft Skills:

Absolute ease of communication (written/oral).

Pedagogical posture and keen sense of customer relations.

Methodical spirit adapted to the requirements and processes of the public sector.

Proposed remuneration: 2083-2100 gross monthly
Hours: Daytime
