Job offer : IT Support Technician (M/F)

Our IT-specialized team is supporting its client, a digital services company, in the recruitment of an IT Support Technician (M/F) for a service provision role in Chateau-Gontier (53).

Start date: from October 5 to 30, 2026 and from November 2 to 20, 2026

Your main missions will be as follows:

Ensure level 1 support: Welcome, qualify, and process IT requests or incidents from employees.

Manage requests: Ensure rigorous follow-up and documentation of interventions via the existing ticketing tool.

Field intervention: Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for users directly at our site in Château-Gontier.

Manage the IT fleet: Prepare, configure, and ensure the deployment of new workstations in a Windows and Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem.

Profile sought:

Experience and Training

• You have an IT background and initial successful experience in user support (Helpdesk or proximity).

Technical skills

• You master the deployment and troubleshooting of Windows environments and the Microsoft 365 collaborative suite.

Soft Skills

• You are comfortable with managing priorities and using ticketing software.
• You are recognized for your service-oriented mindset, patience, good humor, and responsiveness to breakdowns.

Remuneration: €1972 gross monthly
