VIP onsite support technician UK (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client a VIP onsite support technician with fluent English for a pre-hiring position.

Your missions

Organize and carry out interventions directly at the users' workstations;
Provide assistance and technical support to users;
Intervene in several technical areas;
Manage a kiosk;
Guarantee quality support in a VIP and demanding environment;

Communicate with users in fluent English (C1 level).

Location: Paris 17
Start: Immediately
Contract: Pre-hiring
Remuneration: €2,200 gross/month
Hours: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM, 35h/week

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Bac to Bac+2 education in IT or equivalent/similar diploma;
Significant experience in onsite IT support;
Experience in a VIP environment is highly appreciated;
Fluent English level C1 essential;
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service;
Pleasantness, empathy, and rigor;

Good presentation and ability to communicate with demanding users.
