Job offer : IT Technician L2 L3 (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, a Level 2-3 Proximity IT Technician (M/F) for a 3-month temporary assignment (renewable) in Cesson-Sévigné (35).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows

• Be the local IT point of contact, providing solutions adapted to the needs of on-site employees
• Provide technical support to on-site employees (notably VIP users)
• Manage installation and equipment movement orders (according to business needs and workstation developments) and install applications on equipment as requested
• Supervise IT asset management by ensuring the consistency of stocks and locations in the group's various tools, such as ServiceNow and MyFlow
• Assist users in the use of meeting rooms, telephones, and other equipment
• Participate in deployment projects, ensuring effective support for employees in change management
• Provide reinforcement to experts in the multiplication and technical monitoring of projects
• Monitor the stock of incidents encountered by users and analyze KPI gaps for effective escalation management
• Monitor daily checks and perform the required operations to ensure a proactive approach in managing the IT environment
• Actively participate in the weekly team meeting

Desired profile

Experience and Education

• Higher education in IT, you have significant experience in a similar position in level 2 local IT support (3 to 5 years of minimum experience)
• Experience in support with VIP users would be appreciated

Technical skills

• Microsoft workstation environment
• Scripting and packaging
• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
• Communication technologies: Softphony, Teams, Odigo CallFlow tools
• Mobility: Android, Apple, Airwatch, mobile application deployment
• Office 365 office suite

Working hours: 35h/week

Remuneration: €15.38 gross per hour
