Job offer : Level 2 Proximity Technician (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, a Level 2 Proximity Technician (M/F) for a 3-month interim mission (renewable) in Nantes (44).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Intervene at the assigned establishments to identify, diagnose and resolve level 1 and 2 IT failures and malfunctions,
• Find adapted, referenced technical solutions, ensure the follow-up and escalation of incidents while respecting the defined technical and service standards,
• Install computer, audiovisual and telephone hardware and software,
• Participate in the deployment of new tools, solutions and processes for users,
• Participate in the proper management of the local IT equipment fleet: check the operating status of servers and equipment (PC, printing means, video projector).

Experience and Training:

• Proficiency in managing PC-type IT fleets in a Microsoft Windows environment,
• Proficiency in workstation deployment processes,
• Proficiency in the features and management of IT infrastructures.

Technical Skills:

• Ticketing: GLPI,
• Windows deployment and management: FOG Project.

Soft Skills:

• Interpersonal skills,
• Autonomy,
• Rigor,
• Pedagogy.

• Working hours: 35h per week from Monday to Friday, contract suspended during school holidays
• Travel: yes - service vehicle provided (manual transmission)

Remuneration: 14.29€ / 15.38€ gross per hour
