IT Kiosk Support Technician (M/F)

The role

Location: Boulogne-BillancourtSalary: 31 K€

ContextWithin an international and multicultural environment, you will join the local IT support team dedicated to the IT Kiosk. You will assist users on a daily basis and handle their requests and incidents directly on-site.

Main missionsWelcome and assist users at the IT Kiosk. Diagnose and resolve level 2 hardware and software incidents. Install, configure, and maintain workstations and user equipment. Provide support for mobile terminals (iOS, Android). Manage user access (Wi-Fi, VPN, MFA). Provide ad-hoc support during meetings and conferences. Record and track interventions in the ticketing tool. Ensure quality service for VIP users and a demanding environment.

The profile we're looking for

Profile soughtExperience in L2 local support. Excellent sense of service and communication. Ability to work in an international environment. Fluent English essential. Experience with VIP support appreciated.
