Level 1 On-site Support Technician (M/F)

The role

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client, a Level 1 on-site support technician for a pre-hiring position.

Your missions

Provide user support and handle incidents/requests
Diagnose and resolve incidents related to workstations, software, and peripherals
Manage and track ITSM tickets, from receipt to resolution
Prepare, install, and configure workstations and IT equipment
Manage user accounts, access rights, and arrivals/departures
Update documentation and procedures and contribute to continuous support improvement
Location: Vélizy with possible travel to Le Plessis-Pâté (91)
Start date: Immediately
Contract: Pre-hiring
Remuneration: €2,200 gross/month
Hours: 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM, 35h/week

The profile we're looking for

Bac to Bac+2 degree in IT or equivalent/similar diploma
Significant experience in on-site IT support of at least 2 years
Customer service mindset
Listening and pedagogical skills
Analytical and diagnostic capacity
Organization and priority management

Responsiveness
Good interpersonal skills
