Job offer : On-site support technician (M/F)
The role
Our IT recruitment team is hiring for its client, a local support technician with travel requirements for a pre-hiring position.
- Your missions: Identify and analyze user needs;
- Diagnose, resolve, and track IT incidents;
- Provide local support to users;
- Advise and train users on IT tools;
- Manage IT stock related to the activity;
Provide reporting to the manager.
The position also includes technical on-site interventions, particularly in the context of specific deployments.
The profile we're looking for
- Education or experience in IT/office support;
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and workstations;
- Good command of diagnostic methods and incident management tools;
- Good interpersonal skills, listening skills, and pedagogical approach;
- Autonomy, responsiveness, and adaptability;
- Fluent French and technical English;
Driving license B mandatory; H0B0 training mandatory.

- Location: Roissy-CDG Airport, with occasional travel to Orly and Le Bourget
- Contract: 1-month temp contract to start
- Remuneration: €26,000 gross/year
- Hours: 9 am-5 pm, 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday
